Delivery Policy

Work begins once the agreement is accepted, payment is received, and onboarding is completed.
Strategy and research phases typically take 3–7 business days before execution begins.
Deliverables are provided digitally (e.g. Google Docs, email, Slack, Loom) on a rolling basis during the billing period.
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or feedback may reduce delivery for that period. Missed work due to client-side delays is not backfilled.
Reasonable revisions are included provided they are within scope and requested in a timely manner.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by THE VIRAL FOUNDER LIMITED (trading as MindshareLab).
All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Strategy, research, consulting time, and monthly retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and follow the notice period outlined in the contract.
Services continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Chargebacks without prior communication constitute a breach of agreement and may result in immediate termination of services.
